
Aditel provides hosting of your MYOB application and data to increase the accessibility and reliability of the day to day needs of your business. Your accountant or bookkeeper can access your file in real time reducing the risk of corrupting your data, or duplicating your important information. This service is maintained and hosted within our enterprise grade environment which allows you greater flexibility, accessibility, and network security.
All tasks normally taken for granted are performed automatically within our network such as data backup, updates, redundancy and expansion.
What is Included?
Included in your monthly fixed cost is:
- Daily backups of each user profile which includes the company data file;
30 day incremental backup storage (limited to 2Gb) - Business hour telephone support 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday
24/7 Emergency contact and support*. *See Terms and conditions
- Encrypted data storage and access path with 2nd tier redundancy (alternate site)
Remote offsite backup of all servers, profiles and operational data.
What is not included?
MYOB products and updates are not included. Each company must have it's own legitimate copy of MYOB.

Each user login profile requires it's own profile licence. This cost is listed in the setup cost.
How much does it cost?
Payment is charged in advance to a credit card. The authority is at the bottom of your Application for Service form.
